I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room layout was perfect for my family with young children, and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment. The hotel staff provided great support when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the apartment, promptly giving us a spare key. The hotel's prime location in the center of Palm Cove was ideal, with the beach just across the street. Additionally, the lagoon pool with its swim-up bar was exceptional, and we could easily spend most of our day there. The room was spacious, clean, and had convenient amenities like toys for toddlers.

I had an amazing time at this hotel! The lagoon pool was exceptional, with a swim-up bar for happy hour from 3-4 pm. The room was lovely, spacious, and very clean, with convenient amenities like toys for toddlers. The location was excellent, directly opposite the beach and close to restaurants in the Main Street. The staff provided great support when I locked myself out, instantly handing me a spare key. the hotel facilities and cleanliness were top-notch.

Clean rooms with great amenities, helpful staff, and a convenient location close to popular attractions and shopping. The resort offers three pools for guests to enjoy.

Limited lounge seating in 2-bedroom apartments, and some guests reserve chairs around the pool. Breakfast is basic and overpriced, with no included coffee.

I enjoyed being situated in a central location close to shopping centers and restaurants, making it easy to explore the local area. the view from my room was also a great advantage, with stunning scenery to enjoy and relax in.

the rooms were not well maintained and there were issues with cleanliness, which was disappointing.

The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was directly opposite the beach, near the jungle and close to many dining options. the rooms were well, equipped, the beds were comfy, the towels were soft, and the staff was quite friendly. We enjoyed the large sandy, bottomed swimming pool and swim, up bar, as well as the room service which was of restaurant quality.

We had an amazing stay at this resort with a cold pool in winter. The beautiful layout and excellent service made us feel like we were in paradise. The pool area was sheltered, offering a peaceful retreat from the windy weather in Palm Cove. Despite the main lagoon pool not being heated, we still enjoyed it. The additional adults-only serenity pool was unfortunately too cold to use. However, the resort made up for it with a lovely ocean view spa room and exceptional housekeeping service. The staff were professional, non-intrusive, and always willing to go the extra mile. One standout was Jason from the concierge service who arranged an incredible helicopter flight over the Great Barrier Reef. The resort's prime location near the beach and restaurants was perfect for a family-friendly trip. I highly recommend this hotel for its stunning views, excellent service, and great amenities.

This hotel was an excellent choice for a luxury getaway. From the exclusive amenities to the exceptional service, our needs were met with the utmost care. the spa and wellness centre offered rejuvenating treatments that left us feeling refreshed. the outdoor swimming pool provided a serene atmosphere while soaking up the sun on the comfortable sun loungers. With beach access just steps away, we were able to experience the beauty of the area with ease.

The location of the hotel is ideal, as it is situated in the main street and offers stunning views of the ocean. Guests can easily access the beach, which is directly opposite the hotel, and enjoy the beautiful Double Islands nearby. The rooms are spacious, well-furnished, and very clean, providing a comfortable stay for guests. Amenities such as toys and other conveniences are provided for toddlers, and the pools are exceptional, with a lagoon pool that features a swim-up bar during happy hour.

On the downside, some guests have mentioned that there can be a lack of service at times, with the rooms not being serviced until 1-2pm in some cases.

Great location, beautiful surroundings, complimentary drinks and snacks were a nice touch. The hotel is in a perfect spot, close to many tourist attractions and the beach. The surroundings are absolutely breathtaking, with lush greenery and a calming atmosphere. The complementary snacks and drinks were a lovely extra touch that was greatly appreciated.

The room was quite small, and not as luxurious as expected. The walls were scuffed, the furniture was worn and the bathroom was outdated.

This hotel was a luxury oasis with exclusive amenities. the room had an outdoor dining area, private facilities, and beach access, which made it a perfect location for relaxation. the view of the garden area was stunningly beautiful and the outdoor swimming pool was spacious. the restaurant had great food and we enjoyed lounging at the bar. the Spa & wellness center offered perfect massage therapy and our time spent here was amazing.

The service needs improvement. Although we did not encounter any major issues, the language barrier made communication with staff a bit challenging.
